What is LifeVest?
LifeVest has successfully delivered multiple health promotion programs to business groups, the manufacturing sector and community groups. Post presentation surveys have consistently shown improved physical and mental health for those who have participated in the programs. LifeVest is a uniquely holistic, workplace focused health promotion program suitable for workers in any industry, and those in the general community. It is the only health and wellness program designed and delivered by a GP, with physical, mental and social health as the focus. Participants not only report improved health literacy, but develop better skills to assist with positive interactions with their Doctors and the Health System in general.
