As a former General Practitioner/GP for over 35 years, I have focused on preventative health and holistic long term medical management, working with people to be equal partners in their own care. I have now finished up my General Practice to focus more on my LifeVest business.
I have absolutely loved my time in General Practice, in particular the chance to be part of the lives and health journeys of so many people, across all ages.
I am grateful for the trust, gratitude, friendship, and love given to me by the many patients I have cared for and worked with over the years.
Since I was little, I have wanted to be a country GP. Like a multitude of doctors and health professionals, I genuinely wanted to work in medicine to “help people.” I leave General Practice satisfied that I have achieved this aim.
Thank you to all my patients who have allowed me into their lives and who have trusted me as their long-term family doctor. It has been a real privilege, and I am so grateful. I wish you all good health and a long life for everyone.
